Mit dieser Strafe wird ein neuer Rekord aufgestellt. Keinem anderen Unternehmen brummten die chinesische Kartellbeh\u00f6rde eine h\u00f6here Strafe auf. Wie es nun mit Alibaba weiter gehen kann, ist aktuell etwas ungewiss. <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3a2RlaZ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Der bekannte Gr\u00fcnder Jack Ma<\/a>, der seit einigen Monaten eher selten zu sehen war, hat sich durch die ge\u00e4u\u00dferte Kritik an den Finanzbeh\u00f6rden offensichtlich keine Freunde gemacht. <br \/><br \/>Durch Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen das chinesische Kartellrecht ist die Strafe mit vier Prozent des Umsatzes aus dem Jahr 2019, welcher 455 Milliarden Yuan betrug, angesetzt worden. Alibaba lie\u00df verlauten, die H\u00f6he der Geldstrafe zu akzeptieren und den Austausch mit Beh\u00f6rden zu festigen. Der Internetgigant will sich zuk\u00fcnftig besser an die Regeln in China halten und auch  seine soziale Verantwortung besser wahren.<br \/><br \/>Die \u00fcberraschend hohe Strafe der Kartellbeh\u00f6rde ist ein gro\u00dfer Schlag gegen die gut positionierte Alibaba-Gruppe, die nicht nur Online gut aufgestellt sind, sondern auch in weiteren Bereichen wie Finanzen, Logistik, Unterhaltung und Touristik aktiv sind<br \/><br \/>Experteneinsch\u00e4tzungen zufolge trifft diese Strafe den Konzern jedoch nicht empfindlich. Bereits in den ersten drei Monaten des Jahres 2021 konnte Alibaba Gewinne in H\u00f6he von ca. zehn Milliarden Euro einfahren. Wenn das Unternehmen nun st\u00e4rker von Beh\u00f6rdenseite kontrolliert wird, k\u00f6nnte dies weitere Strafen und Einschr\u00e4nkungen nach sich ziehen.
