Diese wurden beg\u00fcnstigt durch h\u00f6here Einnahmen \u00fcber Werbeschaltungen und die amazon Web Services, kurz AWS.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Es steht pr\u00e4chtig um den E-Commerce Riesen amazon, denn der Gewinn deutlich gesteigert werden wie die Zahlen zum zweiten Quartal f\u00fcr das laufende Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2018 zeigen. Gr\u00fcnder und Eigent\u00fcmer Jeff Bezos wird hoch erfreut sein \u00fcber diese Entwicklung.<\/p>\n<p>Der Umsatz lag im abgelaufenen Quartal bei 52,9 Milliarden US-Dollar (plus 39 Prozent) wobei 2,5 Milliarden US-Dollar Gewinn eingefahren werden konnten. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr waren es damals nur 197 Millionen US-Dollar. Als Ausblick f\u00fcr das dritte Quartal wurde ebenfalls ein h\u00f6herer Gewinn als bislang prognostiziert ausgelobt. <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2vhQoXh\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Amazon<\/a> geht von einer Summe zwischen 1,4 und 2,4 Milliarden Dollar aus.<\/p>\n<p>Amazon-Finanzchef Brian Olsavsky gab als Statement dazu folgendes ab:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Wir sehen, dass sich Investitionen in Bereiche wie Warenh\u00e4user, Datencenter und Marketing schneller rechnen als erwartet&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Gro\u00dfer Anteil am Rekordgewinn konnte dabei nicht durch den Handel erwirtschaftet werden, sondern 1,64 Milliarden US-Dollar sind den Cloud-Angeboten AWS (amazon Web Services) zuzuschreiben. Mit Werbung auf der eigenen Plattform konnten 2,2 Milliarden US-Dollar eingenommen werden. Marktforscher eMarketer gibt als Prognose aus, dass Amazon Ende 2018 bis zu 1,2 Prozent Anteil am gesamten digitalen Werbemarkt halten k\u00f6nnte.
