Es ist weiterhin nur ein Ger\u00fccht, dass Apple an einer Smart Watch unter dem Arbeitstitel „iWatch“ arbeitet<\/a> – und dennoch gibt es bereits erste Probleme: Das Unternehmen Swatch aus der Schweiz will gegen die Apple-Marke iWatch aufgrund von Verwechslungsgefahr vorgehen.

\nApple hat k\u00fcrzlich f\u00fcr den Begriff iWatch eine Markeneintragung in \u00fcber 80 L\u00e4ndern durch Tarnfirmen vornehmen lassen (identisches Vorgehen wie bei der Einf\u00fchrung des iPads), die nun von der Swatch Group angegangen werden soll – obwohl derzeit \u00fcberhaupt nicht bekannt ist, ob das m\u00f6gliche neue Apple-Produkt tats\u00e4chlich in der Entwicklung ist und irgendwann erscheinen wird.<\/p>\n

Die Schweizer selbst haben im ersten Quartel 2014 eine Uhr mit Touchscreen und Bluetooth angek\u00fcndigt. Ein vollwertiges Smartwatch-Modell scheint die neue Swatch-Uhr aber nicht zu werden – generell ist die Akkulaufzeit der neuartigen Uhren aufgrund der Technik und vielzahl an Funktionen bedeutend k\u00fcrzer als bei den bekannten Uhren. Eine Smartwatch muss bereits nach wenigen Tagen wieder aufgeladen werden, was in Betrachtung des Bedienkomforts des Produkts im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Uhren einen R\u00fcckschritt darstellt.<\/p>\n
